Terms and Conditions

  1. The registration fee covers seminar materials, attendance of all technical sessions and publication.
  2. The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple authors who attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as a non-presenter (visiting).
  3. A receipt will be generated from the payment confirmation details after your payment is verified.
  4. Payments are non refundable.
  5. Payments cannot be made in cash, they must be via e-billing or credit card.
  6. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
  7. At least one author for each accepter paper must register as presenter.
  8. Participants are charged based on their institution/affiliation not the nationality of the first author.
  9. Submitting an extra paper is applicable only to the same presenter.

If you are presenting more than one paper,

  • The Author can present only three papers in maximum. If you are presenting more than one paper at the conference;
  • You have to pay the full amount for the first paper.
  • For the other papers, then you have to pay additional IDR 2.000.000 (local participant) and USD 200 (international participant) for each paper.
  • Confirmation on the number of papers should be given to the Conference Secretary two weeks prior to the final payment deadline.
  • If you have more than 3 papers, the additional paper can be presented by another group of Co- Author on full registration.
